I love this cutting board!! I wipes it down and wash it with light soap and water right after every use. We cook a lot from home so it's used practically every day. I started to notice a very slight imbalance in the board but just made sure I rotated which side was up after using and now it's back in balance. This board is very thick and somewhat heavy and I can't say enough about how glad I am that I chose this.
