Paper trays are printed on cardstock weight paper. The paper could be a tad heavier but as single use trays for parties or just snacks they will be adequate as long as people are careful not to overfill them.The paper is not waxed so it can't used for moist or greasy items but using deli paper liners helps.These trays are packed flat and you assemble them via tabs and slits in the paper. Because the paper is so thin you get one chance to get the tab in the slot correctly- if you fumble it the paper gets bendy and won't click into place securely. That's the only complaint I have about them, they could conceivably come open if overfilled or twisted. Adults should be able to navigate that just fine but kids may bend them wrong and they could come open.The colors are bright, the images are well done, and they are printed on all sides.Great Super Bowl party item as long as you don't expect multi-use durability.
