Very nice espresso machine!
This espresso machine makes a good coffee and works really well.The touch screen panel is nice and intuitive, very easy to use.I gave four star for two reasons, the acrylic lid on the water container vibrates when the machine is running and makes noise, but it is ok, not so bad. Also, the temperature feature doesn’t seem to make a great difference between the three levels of heat.Overall, it’s a nice and beautiful machine.

Do not bother!
It’s not worth the time or money. Nothing worked except the hot water: no steam and no shut-off on the espresso. When I called customer service for the product, it took two days to reach someone. They took my information, then told me to watch for an email. The email came the next day but asked for information on the product, then gave no response. I waited ano the two days, then sent it back to Amazon with no questions or trouble.
