A decent grinder, but I wouldn’t say it was truly commercial grade.

This grinder does perform well, but it is definitely not commercial grade. It will grind whole fish, chicken and turkey bones, but it does hang up from time to time. For a medium grade grinder it does its job. You do get what you pay for.

Quality control non-existent!

Received the "commercial meat grinder" today and after opening the box, the 1st thing that caught my attention is how cheap the meat tray is made. 2nd thing is the razor sharp edge on the tray where you can slice open your hands while loading meat into the tray! Also after removing parts to wash b4 ever using, the inner parts are difficult to line back up correctly!

Grinder, Poorly Engineered for Cleaning

I’ve used this meat grinder several times now and can confirm it has solid grinding power. It handles venison and pork without bogging down, and the motor stays consistent even on tougher cuts. On the performance side, it’s everything you’d expect from a good grinder.But where this product really misses the mark is in the engineering of the cleaning and sanitation process. Taking it apart to properly clean the throat is an enormous hassle. You need to remove ten separate screws and bolts just to get to the parts that need sanitizing after every use. That means tools, time, and a whole lot of frustration—exactly the opposite of what you want when you’re dealing with raw meat.Cleaning and food safety should be built into the design, and this grinder simply doesn’t meet that standard. If you’re someone who grinds meat frequently and cares about easy, thorough cleaning (as you should), be prepared for some headaches. Great performance, poor practicality.
