Very happy with size and power. Comes apart easily for cleaning. Read reviews it was loud but not anymore than a normal grinder. Extremely fast and processed 5+ pounds before we needed to give it a break. Great value for the money.

I really like this grinder. I can put most things in it and it will grinde. Some turkey necks and larger leg bones need to be softened a bit before it will go through. If it gets stuck, it is a pain to remove all of the components to clear the passage to continue. I like that I can use this to not have as much waste after harvesting on our farm.
Bought brand new just was delivered and I took it apart to wash it and found this.. look at pictures. For the price of it it definitely shouldn’t look like this brand new
i received this item, very well material but constraction was not right, when I assemble it did not fit completely , so I didn't want to use heavy grinder with metal rotating against each other without perfectly aligned , I even order again but was the same

I was pleased to find that all parts that come into contact with meat - such as the cross blades, grinding plates, auger, and food outlet - are dishwasher safe. This feature alone makes it worth it for me, as it saves a lot of time on cleanup after grinding sessions. The food outlet and auger can be quickly removed with a simple turn of a knob, which makes clearing any potential blockages straightforward. Note that the manufacturer advises washing all metal parts in warm, soapy water before the first use due to the anti-rust coating they apply, which I followed without issue. I also like its compact design, measuring 8"L x 1"W x 14"H. Despite its commercial-grade capabilities, it doesn’t take up too much counter space and allows for easy storage when not in use. However, it’s substantial and heavy enough that I’d recommend finding a permanent spot for it on your countertop if you plan to use it frequently.Performance wise, the Anatole grinder does not disappoint. The 1100W motor is powerful, efficiently grinding through various meats, including chicken, turkey, and even softer fish bones. I’ve been using it primarily for making sausages at home, and I’ve found that it handles everything I throw at it with ease. The grinder comes with four different grinding plates (1/4", 1/3", 2/5", and 3-hole), providing versatility for different textures. I’ve enjoyed experimenting with various meats and recipes, and the results have been consistently excellent. While the grinder is efficient, it does have a rather loud operation. It’s almost like a small airplane engine - definitely not something you’d want to use if you’re trying to keep the noise down. This hasn’t deterred me from using it, but it’s worth noting if you live in a noise-sensitive environment. One feature I particularly value is the included food pusher. It keeps my hands safely away from the blades, which is essential for peace of mind. However, I did notice that the plastic pusher is a bit too long for the chute, leading to a risk of accidentally pushing it too far down and grinding off the tip.
