Wireless cheese slicer
Serves the function well. Be careful when hanging it up on a hook, as consistent placement will creat a bend point where the wire is most likely to break. Like most things in the kitchen, this is not a durable tool. Cutting large blocks of cheese creates stress point where the wire breaks after 60-80 applications. If not used carefully, it might snap after 20. This has nothing to do with the quality of this tool - other brands offer essentially the same product.

So easy to use.
It’s the perfect length that I needed. I have to cut a 40 lb block of cheddar and jack cheese everyday at work and this works great. I like that I have extra wires in case one breaks but it hasn’t happened yet.

Quality
They do fine! But they still break easily if you’re using 4-6 times a week

These don’t last very long, they seem snap quick! I use them to cut block of cheese

Immediately got kinks and wire broke.
Went through two replacement wires just trying to cut one block of mozzarella. It's really cheap. Should have bought the WinCo cutter instead.

Cheese wires with double handles
I work the gourmet cheese table at a grocery store. These handles are rounded. The length of them makes the grip when cutting cheese great. They screw together nicely and have a notch to hold the wire in place.
