SERIOUS Game Changer !!!
I'm admitting I was very skeptical of these.I truly did not think these would securely hold the trays. The freeze dryer (stainless steel) trays can get heavy when they are fully loaded. Stacking them makes them even heavier! Each tray weighs around 2 pounds - empty. In the photos here, there are 3 pounds of hamburger on each shelf, plus one pound of chicken burgers on the others. That bottom tray is supporting about 20 pounds of weight on those bottom four tray stackers. AND THEY WERE SECURE !! No wobbling or shaking, like they were going to collapse under the weight! See the photos - the stackers cut way down on the space required to load all the trays! That one stack was all the table-real-estate required for all 5 trays to be fully loaded and readied to go! Otherwise, the entire table would've been filled with trays - or I'd have filled two of them then carried those to the freeze dryer so I could keep working to fill the other trays! These stackers allowed me to do something I have NEVER done in all the time I've been freeze drying -- I was able to pick up all 5 trays and carry them to the freeze dryer IN ONE TRIP! After carrying them to the freeze dryer, I was able to weigh each tray, removing the stackers as I weighed each tray then put the tray into the dryer. I left the stackers back there, right next to the machine. When the food is done drying, I'll weigh the food then stack the trays up again using those stackers and carry the entire stack back to the kitchen to process into mylar. I will definitely be buying a second set to allow me to stack my second set of trays in the freezer while I have a set in the dryer. MADE IN CHINA .

Great for prepping trays in your own freezer
These silicone tray stackers for the Harvest Right trays gently snap into place and will not fall off of the trays. They will fit trays for any of the Harvest Right home freeze dryers since the corners of the trays are all the same shape. You get four sets of these, so if you have the small size, you will have one extra set. The medium size will have just the right number. Ordering only one set of these stackers will not be enough for all of the trays if you have a large or extra large home freeze dryer.They elevate each tray about 1 5/16" above the base of the one below it. In the small freeze dryer, there is about 1 3/8" of space between each shelf and the heating pad above it. I really would have preferred if the dividers had used exactly the same height as the freeze drying shelves so that I could judge precisely how much room I had, but at least it's really close.I ordered these so that we could pre-freeze food in our own freezer to cut down on how long the freeze dryer had to run. Another alternative would have been to get lids for the trays, but it's hard to find products for the small trays apart from buying from the manufacturer who charges so much. Since the food doesn't have to be uncovered in the freezer for long, just one day, before I put it into the freeze dryer, and I'm going to be taking the moisture out of it anyway, I'm not too bothered by putting the uncovered trays into our freezer.

Amazing stackers! Work perfectly
I’m very pleased with these stackers. I had ordered a different brand before and it left my trays wobbly so I wasn’t sold on this idea. Decided to give these a try and I am not disappointed. The trays were very secure when stacked on top each other. I’m very happy with this accessory and its price, definitely much more affordable than harvest rights brand and they function well. Highly recommend these. I will be ordering another set just to make it easy to pre freeze our food.
