These are really nice and this is the second one I’ve purchased. They are nice for cookies, breads, baking. I like the handle on this because it gives me something to grab on to, unlike others that are super light where I’ve had things fall off. This is light but sturdy with a handle where things won’t fly off the pan.There are times I use parchment paper to bake, and then things may slide a bit, but that’s due to the parchment paper. Cooking with parchment paper on this is really nice too. It allows you to cook without grease, without sticking to the pan, and zero clean up! I do this often with things like sweet potato fries or regular potato fries.It can cook a decent sized pizza, but slide the pizza off the pan before you cut it!! If you find that you’ve cooked a pizza that won’t slide off, try using either a super thin cutting board to slide or wedge under the pizza and pan. Or slide/wedge a rubber or non metal spatula underneath the pizza until you can get it off the pan. Just don’t cut the pizza while it’s still on the pan-it will permanently damage the pan.Now if I can just keep this one away from the rest of my family and the pizza cutter! My other one has pizza cutter lines that have but cut into it all over!!! Don’t let this happen to your new pan!

Excellent upgrade for frequently used cookware...
As we prepared for the approach of the holidays, and examination of our existing 11" x 7" baking sheet inventory revealed that the ones we had were long past their prime. Not of substantial quality to begin with, we couldn't remember when they joined the pantry. Terrific and useful non-stick pan, but one star off...
Excellent baking sheet/pan that I use for everything. I needed something exactly 14" x 16" to use in a small oven. However, the rubber/plastic handle melted at 350 degrees! That's not supposed to happen. Fortunately, you can remove the handle, which is what I recommend. It's not functional anyway. Also, it says this in the instructions -- don't use Pam or other baking sprays on the pan. The spray "burns on" and can't be washed off. Now I lay out a sheet of foil under my foods. The pan surface is already extremely slick so items like rolls and cookies and so forth may not need butter/oil or foil. I'm talking about baking chicken or other foods susceptible to sticking. Sturdy and weighty, this is a great pan despite a few minor flaws.
