Arrived on time, set up nicely. However, I turned the control up to 85 and the coils never even felt warm. Had it plugged in all day and coils never got warm, not even the slightest. And the thermostat said 85 degrees. As we keep our place cool, it should have came on immediately. So I decided to try another tactic. I turned the control to 70, and the thermostat said 70. I returned it and got my money returned. I then bought another, much more expensive brand, and love it. Works as it should.
