Seems to sharpen well

I bought this because my knives were horribly dull. Im mot comfortable being sure to get the right angle with a whetstone or sharpening rod. It has done a hood job of sharpening, but theres a small lever that, when pushed down, is supposed to create a seal with the countertop. Mine does not hold that seal and moves. However, the unit weighs so little that its eady to jold in place with one hand and move knife to sharpen with the other.

EASY to USE and SAFE to get really SHARP knives

I was so excited to find this amazing knife sharpener on Amazon. I bought my first one on GMA years ago and proved very durable. I preferred the metal over the plastic, both worked fine, just my preference. Finally it wore out, it wasn't sharpening my knifes anymore. In the description it says it last 2 years, well mine worked for over 4 years. This was the ONE sharpener that I could use and it worked!! I had tried so many, and some were expensive. Forget the way you must hold one of those sharpening "sticks" and the angle it has to be held....ARGH!I keep AnySharp next to my knife block. It's small, out of the way, until I need a knife sharpened. So easy to use and safe to achieve a really sharp blade.My video shows a very dull knife.
