Fantastic if you want thin, decorative MINI CUPCAKE SIZED liners, as described.
I paid $14.99 at time of purchase (Dec. 2022)--which was average but still expensive for simple paper liners (all tulip liners are expensive compared to pleated). I used them as decorative liners for pre-baked mini pies--the liners did a great job (some of the pies were sticky and/or greasy, and the pies did not stick to the paper or absorb any grease). These liners are thin but not flimsy, meant to fit a tin or bakery box that offers some extra support to hold the tulip shape (I did not try baking directly in them, but they are not glued into shape--another reviewer was able to bake in them on a cookie sheet without using a tin, but had to double them up). These tulip liners fit a MINI muffin cup (measure, if in doubt; but I used a typical Wilton 12- as well as 24-well tin, and my pies fit these liners perfectly)--the single one star review is from someone who wanted standard liners, but did not read the description (were they reviewing themselves?). At the time of my order the description was "240 pieces of mini tulip baking cups, with 2 different colors, 120 pieces for each color...Mini size: our baking cups are mini in size, the bottom diameter is 1.38 inches / 3.5 cm, smaller than regular size." The tulip shape is not glued, so the liners expand/unfold to fit muffins or pies that have a "crown"--the liners will splay out or lose their round shape if you fill them with anything too heavy or asymmetrical. For my pies, some of them were very delicate; a thicker or sturdier liner would have deformed the pie, so I needed thin liners. I used mine in a mini cupcake bakery box that was fairly tall (I had planned to add a meringue to several pies, but my torch died!)--short pleated liners might have popped out of the wells; these taller tulip liners reached from the box bottom to the lid so they kept my 2-bite pies secure for transporting and hand-delivering to co-workers and neighbors (although the liners would not have kept the baked goods in place for, say, mailing). The windowed bakery box (with Christmas stockings) was 10" x 7" x 2 1/2" ($38.78 for 50); the 1-dozen cupcake insert was 10" x 7" x 3/4" ($33.62 for 100, free shipping--although not "Amazon fast" when ordered together); both from Big River Packaging (BRP Box Shop). Search Amazon for bakery boxes, and you should be able to find something similar maybe even with Prime shipping--just make sure the box is tall enough to fit the liners, if you want to keep the pretty tulip shape. Hope this helps!
