I love this pan, and the company goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. The plastic on the handle of my frying pan lid broke. I contacted ARC to see if I could get a new plastic piece. Instead, last week they sent me an entire new pan, lid and the included utensils in the mail. Wasn't expecting that, but really appreciated it. Good pan, good price, great company.
Packs up really well. And heats very evenly because it’s solid base. Cleans easy. Time we’ll tell how long the non-stick lasts.Yes of course you don’t want to use the detachable handle when pulling out of the oven. Who would be that dumb?? It’s plastic, People!
Love the pan. Have had nothing stick to it. Like the removable handle. Fits in the dishwasher nicely without the handle being in the way. Same as being on the table if you want to serve right out of the pan.

I received this pan yesterday. I followed the preparation steps on the instrction sheet. Other than washing, I have never seen preparation steps like this except cast iron. You have to boil water in it for 5 minutes, then 5 minutes with oil, and let it set overnight. It did not take long but it was unusual.Just for information, I use an electric range with ceramic elements.This morning I made a three egg omlete in the pan as a test. I started the pan a little cooler than normal to see how the pan would do as it warmed up. The pan did well. There was the usual slight sticking around the edges that came loose easily. There was no excessive browning anywhere on the eggs so the pan was heating evenly.I have a large spatula and picked up the entire omelette with no sticking. After turning, the omlete was sliding around in the pan.The instructions do not recommend metal utensils. It is popular for pans to advertise using metal utensils now. I don't have any as I have been using non-metal for years so that is not a problem.The pan came with a spatula also. It is a good, heavy, silicon spatula and a sturdy handle. It also had a good set of tongs, a scubber, and an apron. The apron is a little small and it ties in the back so I won't be using it.It has a vented lid with a good size handle on top. There is some space under the handle so I will watch for any accumulation under it. There are 4 holes around the perimeter where it connects to the lid so it should be easy to keep clean.The removeable handle is easy to remove and put on. I did accidentally release the handle once while handling the pan. This is the one thing I am a bit concerned about but I don't consiter it a major issue.The pan has some weight to it and should hold and distrubute heat well. As I said, the heat was even while cooking my omlette.I liked that the pan was oven safe to 500 degrees so I can cook up to 450 which is sometimes called for.This was an "overstock" item and the price was exceptional so I decided to try it. I dont know about durability obvously.
Has slick coating nothing sticking at all. Detachable handle is good quality . It even came with coating safe scrubber. Haven't needed it once
great pan for frying.
