These reusable bread bags are fantastic. They keep bread fresh much longer than regular plastic bags and are easy to use and clean. The material feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all. I love that they’re reusable and eco-friendly, and they look nice on the counter too. Such a simple swap that actually makes a difference — I’ll definitely be buying more.
I cannot possibly eat all the sourdough that I make so I use these when I'm sharing my extra bread with friends and family. It's beautiful, functional, and adds a touch of elegance to my delivery. The material is super durable allowing the bread to transport well. Many don't know how to keep their sourdough fresh so this does the work for them (and most of the time they don't even know it and they think it's a secret baking trick of mine - I don't tell them otherwise). They return the bag when the loaf is gone and after an easy wash, it's ready for the next lucky recipient of my sourdough overflow. It's a treat for everyone and looks pretty in any kitchen.
So happy with my purchase and my new bread bags! The cute lining on the inside was such a fun surprise when I opened the bags! I can tell they’re really well made, there is no bad odor, and the lining keeps my sourdough bread fresher longer! Cleaning them was a breeze and let them air dry on the dish rack for a couple hours and then they were good to use again!
These seem to keep my homemade sourdough bread for around 5 days with no mold. They are a good size & I have used them for regular loafs, mini loafs, and sandwich loafs so far. These would make a great gift for anyone starting out on their sourdough journey. I did make a mistake and try to clean them prior to use. They took forever to dry & after about 24 hours, I put them in the dryer on low heat so I could use them, and it left residue/bleed through like oily spots on the exterior of the bags. That's my fault as it specifically did say not to dry them. As long as you follow their instructions, you should be fine.
Still a bread bag newbie, but the linen and cotton bags did not work for me. Heavily waxed bags did not work for me. These bags have been wonderful. They are the only container I trust with my homemade bread.
These bags work great to keep my sourdough loaves of bread in. They keep the crust a little crunchy, and the insides stay soft. I love that they fit the big round loaves that I make. They are cute too!
Amazing! They are made of thick canvas and the bread does actually last longer, stays fresh, moist and soft.
