I always get complaints on these. We use these bowls for 2-3 servings of cereal and for 2-4 people sharing a side dish. The bowls are well made - substantial but not too heavy. They have withstood weekly use and cleaning via the dishwasher for over a year. I am buying again.

I passed on my grandmother's china to my niece. These Artena sets gave me service for 8 for around $100 and they are damn near indestructible! The embossing is very defined and classy, they look much more expensive!
