Cute table runner, OR to use for animal figurines!
I absolutely love this "Grass table runner," though we don't use it for what its said to be for. My son has been wanting some "indoor grass" for his farm animal figurines. I looked in to buying a green "grass rug" but they're super crazy expensive. I finally stumbled upon this. He has tons of animal figurines from Schleich, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, etc. They all work perfectly with this "table runner." It gives him the perfect amount of space to use for his animals and he's super happy with it. I'm happy that it rolls right back up so I can store it in his cube shelves! This has just been a great addition to our animal collection.

Marketed as table runners, but seems to be standard made turf
This artificial grass is indistinguishable from another roll of fake grass that I ordered from another seller. The only difference is that the other roll was twice the size and cost only 50 percent more. However, this smaller, thinner roll of grass is still comparably priced to other similar sized rolls.My hunch is that this "table runner" grass is not different from other fake turf, and that the skinny runners are cut from the same rolls as grass door mats, pup potty training mats, and putting greens. The top and bottom appear no different; only the size is different.The bottom of the runner isn't exactly non-slip, but it does seem to show that the rows of turf are held together but a thin bottom coating of a black slightly rubbery substance. From the top, you cannot see that the grass is a sequence of tightly-spaced rows; it looks uniform.Unlike other fake turf mats I have seen, this mat is not flimsy. Although it can be easily folded up for storage, it feels more durable. The fake grass is a nice medium-low cut, but not too low. At first, I felt that the grass looks too shiny to look realistic, then I realized that our lawn looks shiny too, when it has been well cared for and not dried out.

Fun, festive artificial grass table runner
I got this to ultimately use it for a diorama, but it makes a really fun and festive table runner, perfect for hosting game day parties or a spring/Easter get-together.It arrived packaged neatly so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping. It unrolls quite well and has a bit of thickness to it so even though the ends rolled up a bit when I first unrolled it, it was really easy to get it to lay flat without having to lay anything on it.It did shed a bit when I first unrolled it, since the bottom has a grippy material, but it wasn't too bad. There was a slight chemical smell to it as well, but it went away pretty quickly. I'm sure a quick wash in the bathtub or sink and hanging it to dry would resolve any shedding or scent.It's a nice quality and measurements were accurate. It looks a bit small on my table, but I have a fairly long table.Overall, I'm impressed with the quality of this and love all the things it can be used for.

Looks good, some of the photos make the grass look taller than it really is
This works for what I needed. The grass height is a nice medium and not overly tall. You can see in my photos that you can run your fingers through it without them disappearing, and if you want it to stand up a little more you have to manually fluff it. It is definitely taller than golf turf, but not as tall as realistic grass (my other turf sheets are more like 1.5-2" tall).The close up, real photos in the listing are accurate and match what I received, but the Ai photos make the turf look thicker than it actually is, so be aware of that when browsing the pics.The piece itself feels like the same polyethylene type turf as my other artificial grass pieces, and the latex backing has a good amount of grip and flexibility. For the price it is perfectly fine and looks good as a runner or decorative surface

The turf is fantastic, BUT the length is inadequate. I have a 37 inch sofa table, and the runner only covers about 20 inches of it.. not a big deal, but it was misrepresented. I actually feed my cats on the sofa table (It keeps the dog out of their food) and was excited to find the turf to place under their water fountain.The height of the grass, and look is perfect, but the size should have been listed differently.
