Highly recommend this sourdough baking set. It comes with all the the basics needed for baking sourdough.The benetons are well made and study.The sourdough mixer is a game changer when water, flour is added to starter.And ofcourse that little piece of white plastic the scraper for the dough is my constant friend. Helps gets the sides of th2 bowls so clean & every bit of sourdough to the dough. GREAT value for the money.
I can only say that the product was delivered on time and seems to be a nice product. I keep hoping one of my grown kids would come over and do the baking! I will up date review once I have actually used it.
I was really excited to use this sourdough starter kit, but mine arrived missing several things that were supposed to be included. The items that were not in the box are the plastic bowl scraper, the metal bench scraper, the scoring tool, and the extra blades. I am very disappointed.
I'm making sourdough for the first time, just trying to learn how to make bread bowls for soup. I really like this one so far. It is of high quality and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fermentation set.
If you need a bread baking set with all the basics- this is a good place to start. This set is a great starter kit or a great starter kit as a gift for someone interested in bread baking. Most people give up on baking bread eventually so this kit offers all you need at a very decent cost, so if you decide bread isn't your thing- not a lot invested. I purchased each of these things separate and it cost way more. Great value for the price.
This set makes a great gift for anyone who loves baking bread, the packaging is beautiful too.
Great beginners set minus needing a glass cylinder. I especially love all the tools to slice and decorate your dough ball.
