LOVE it! Exactly what I was looking for! A simple design, that resembles a traditional paper cup, nothing complicated. Obviously not leak proof.The Plastic Cup Insert (tumbler) is Only for Cold drinks. I use mine for my iced matcha lattes, screwing the lower part makes your Cold drink last cold longer.It feels good on my hand, not too heavy. The spout is as simple as it could get… easy to clean (with a soapy folded paper towel or tiny brush).The LOWER part (stainless steel cup) could be used BY ITSELF for hot beverages.DO NOT USE THE Tumbler, PLASTIC CUP INSERT FOR HOT BEVERAGES, ONLY FOR COLD BEVERAGES.No funny chemical or plastic odors. Nice quality. It will make your cold drinks taste cold for longer.

Plastic doesn't handle hot fluids well.

It's sturdy but the plastic interior does not, I feel, handle hot liquids well. It turns the plastic foggy over time. Which means there's a chemical reaction. If there's a reaction that means there is plastic in your beverage. I stopped using it and don't recommend it.

The silicone straw breaks down

I bought this on their official website 2 months ago. The silicone from the pop-up straw started breaking down. Emailed customer service, no response. The tumbler itself does its job, disappointing customer service. I’ve only used this at home so not sure about durability and leaking.
