Keeps my drink cold/hot for a surprisingly long time compared to other ceramic mugs. Doesn’t leak, I like that the rubber band is removable and the design is not complicated so it’s really easy to clean.The only thing is that it’s a little awkward for holding in a single hand (I might just have small hands)So I would like it better if it had a handle (:
I can't say enough about this tumbler. Exceeds all expectations. I haven't stopped using it and don't want to go back to coffee cups. Coffee stays warm. Love the ceramic lining. Fits in cup holder. Does not leak. Light weight. I have purchased another. Highly recommend.
Don't ever write reviews but this is the best travel coffee mug and I thought you should know. I bike commute and trust this mug enough to put it in my backpack full of hot coffee. Used to have an ember mug. Stopped using it after buying this. This thing keeps coffee hot longer than it takes me to drink it.
I’ve washed and soaked this product multiple times, yet hot water, just water, has a funky taste. Also whoever designed this did a poor job. The cap should wrap over the cup, not in the cup. The heat retention is not as promised. Maybe a couple of hours. Cheap Walmart mugs do a better job. If you don’t like the staining on steel cups, just drop a couple ov denture tabs overnight.
First its a fat mug requiring 2 hands to hold. Second, it did not keep my drink hot, after a couple of hours my drink was much cooler. And finally, it needs a handle!Nothing I liked about it!
