My go-to coffee mug, every day!

I use this cup multiple times every day. It keeps my drinks warm for an hour or two, so I can enjoy a slow-sip. The lid and wide base make it hard to spill and the ceramic coat keeps the taste pure. I usually make about 14 oz of coffee and have just enough room for a little bit of cream and/or sugar. Due to the cork base, it's not dishwasher safe, but it's easy to wash. The sliding lid piece comes unlatched from the bottom (squeeze 2 tabs) so that the whole thing can be accessed hand-washed in under a minute. I've stopped using regular mugs, which I usually had to microwave 2 - 3 times before my coffee was gone.

Perfect cup with a modification

After heavy use, the cork fell off the bottom and revealed a lovely ceramic base that is entirely sealed. I’m so glad this happened. This cup now looks entirely dishwasher safe. In my option, this is now the perfect cup. It’s the only cup I can find that is 16 ounces, vacuum insulated, dishwasher safe with a ceramic interior lining. I just ordered another one with the intention of removing the cork bottom.

Nice mugs

These mugs are very nice and well insulated. The only complaint is the lid is very, very cheap. We ordered some of the smaller, steel-bottomed mugs and they have really nice lids, so I'm not sure why they decided to use the lowest possible quality lids on these. On the up side, there are no issues with durability over ~2 months of daily use, and the cork bottom is awesome for both avoiding sliding around and preventing water rings on tabletops.Update from 9 months after purchase: We're definitely seeing some issues with manufacturing start to become apparent. Despite the hand wash only requirement, the cork bottom fell off one mug and the outer layer is starting to delaminate and peel. I'm downgrading the rating to 3 stars as they seem decent but are not likely to make it for even a year of consistent use.

Wanted to love it but didn't

My goal was to find an insulated coffee cup that was ceramic on the inside. I've had a yeti that is indestructible and keeps my coffee really hot for a long time. But I like the taste of a ceramic cup better. My ceramic only cups just don't keep the coffee hot very long. I found a great double insulated steel cup that was lined with ceramic from Ceramisteel but it is 12 oz. They have a 14oz but without a handle so I found this14oz one. The main factors for me are ceramic, insulated to keep the coffee hot, and must have a handle. This does all of those. Which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not lower. Buuuut..... the handle is flat and uncomfortable which makes it difficult to use and the top sliding mechanism to open and close the cover has gotten loose so when I lift the cup to sip it closes. Very annoying to have to hold the handle AND the top of the cover at the same time. If not for the cover issue, it's well made, durable and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. It's a quality made cup. The handle is a personal preference but since I knew before hand it was flat I'm not taking off stars because I find it uncomfortable. My mistake.

Second one and will probably buy another!

This is my second mug I’ve ordered. I hate drinking out of stainless steel. It’s hard to find ceramic lined insulated mugs. I love this one! The lip is thin, it says very hot, cover seals well and it’s cute! Must hand wash due to cork bottom but it’s very easily washable. I keep one. Office and one at home now but I’m sure I’ll get another!

Great mug, terrible lid

I'm not sure the mug could've been designed any better. Maybe a more comfy handle? But, overall, I love the mug.The lid, however, is absurd. I've had two. The first one cracked after a single use. I don't use a dishwasher. Thought it was a fluke so I did an exchange. Second one did the same exact thing. I only use the lid now to hold the contents, but take it off to drink, because it is splitting off shards of sharp plastic.Fix the lid and this is a five star mug.
