Works great with non-traditional crusts
My husband could eat pizza all day, everyday but I have to be a lot more careful with my calories. Well, that and I'm more of a pizza every once in awhile kind of person.Trying to increase protein and minimize carbs, I've gotten pretty good with some some alternative crusts, like shredded chicken or the one using mozzarella and almond flour. However, over-cooking the crusts is my downfall because I have to cook the crusts completely first, then add toppings and bake again, otherwise it's a soggy mess.This non-stick pizza "pan" has been a huge help. I'm paranoid so I'll do a coating of non-stick spray before I place the pizza on it, but it seems to work and it's also cut down on total baking time.For 7.99? I'd say it's a great deal.

This is an excellent pan, perfectly sized when preparing food for 1. It can be used for all manner of products. When making rolls, I noticed that the grid pattern imprinted itself on them, adding a bit of (welcome) texture. The pan design allows for an even baking experience, making top and bottom of the food item perfectly crisp. I didn’t realize it said hand wash and have been putting it in the dishwasher. It’s no worse for wear, but since I want it to last forever, I’m going to switch to the recommended hand washing.

Great for small pizzas
Seems like very well-made not easily bendable. I thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger but should hold all different sizes of pizza or whatever else you want to bake on it.I think the price might be a little bit high for just a thin piece of metal with holes in it. The picture beside my usual pizza pan, you can tell it’s a lot smaller! However, good quality though 👍

Excellent for store bought frozen pizza making!
