still hurts my smaller hands

it seems to work on some things and not on others. I find the grip too wide for my smaller hands, so it stsill hurts a lot trying to unscrew really tight lids. it's like all the others I've tried except for the jar opener that I have stuck under a cupboard which seems to work always on all containers. I don't know the brand for sure but it looks like "UN-SKRU Under Cabinet Jar Opener for Arthritis, Weak Hands" .
