Love these mugs. They make me feel as if I was in an bougie coffee shop drinking my expensive coffee. They are classy and elegant. Sturdy and very beautiful. Love the double wall as u dont get your hands burned. It's just a great presentation worth the buck.
These latte cups hold a full 12 ounces. They’re very lightweight, though they’re double walled glass. The glass feels like plastic, but it definitely isn’t. I accidentally dropped one and it shattered, so yes, they’re glass! These function perfectly for any hot beverage, the double wall helps to keep them hot. I hand wash them, and they come very clean, with no greasy feeling. I would definitely recommend these cups.

My wife takes her coffee very seriously—it's practically a religion in our house. I bought this set of four Aurzen glass mugs for her, and I'm giving them five stars, though I had my doubts when I first unboxed them.What I like is how they look and perform. The double-wall design makes the coffee look like it's floating in the middle of the glass, which is a neat trick. More importantly, that design actually works. I can pour a steaming hot cup of coffee, and the outside of the mug is just barely warm to the touch. It also keeps her coffee hotter for longer, which she appreciates. The handles are big enough for my hands and feel comfortable.My main dislike, and it's a big one, is how they feel. These things are incredibly lightweight and feel very fragile. When I'm washing one in the sink, I feel like if I tap it wrong on the faucet, it's going to shatter into a million pieces. It's a little unnerving for a coffee mug. Even my daughters know to be extra careful with "mom's special cups."As for the value, that's where I was torn. They feel delicate for the price. However, they've held up so far with careful handling, they do their job perfectly, and my wife absolutely loves them. Seeing her happy with her morning coffee makes them a good value in my book. Despite my worries about their sturdiness, they deliver on everything else.
I don't mind coming here to write reviews and definitely don't want to waste yours or my time or I will lose my mind. Every once in a while, I just stumble upon items I had not realized I needed. You see, I had mistaken borosilicate with polycarbonate and just barely grazed the sink once and broke one of these gangled dual layered insulated mugs. Thankfully, now I have acquired 4 more to be more careful with. They are really quite marvelous. Not quite stainless vacuum steel bottle marvelous in keeping hot liquid hot and cold liquid cold. These mugs will keep your drink of choice at temperature longer, and the best part is you won't feel it holding the cup, not just by the handle but the entire cup. I guess that's good and bad. You won't burn your hand holding the mug and know the temperature of your drink but a small price to pay. But then you can no longer cozy up and hold a hot mug to warm your hand on those cold and stormy times either. Still, just don't throw all of your mugs away, keep some on hand for those special occasions but use these for all the other times, as your daily never burn your hands mugs. And take care not to break them like I did (to another brand and larger sized one). These borosilicate mugs are definitely brittle. Useful, but brittle.
These double wall glass mugs are just the right size. I like that I can hold the side of the mug even when the coffee is very hot.I was initially concerned about the package when it arrived in a typical plastic Amazon bag. I even shook the box before I opened it thinking that I would hear glass. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw the snug packaging around each mug.My only concern is that the glass doesn't have a small plug on the bottom to allow heated moist air to release. So far, it hasn't been a problem.
Not anything I would want to show off or give to a guest. Just feels and looks cheap, doesn't retain heat well either. Otherwise they are decent mugs. Just not a fan of them.
