Cool idea, works best with the right expectations
This is one of those gadgets that’s actually pretty fun to use. It does peel grapes, cherry tomatoes, and garlic fairly quickly, and the one-touch operation makes it super simple. The cordless rechargeable design is nice, and cleanup is easy since the parts rinse off fast. It feels well-made and safe, with no exposed blades, which I appreciate. That said, it works best with softer, small items and when you don’t overload it. Results are decent but not perfect every time, so it’s more of a convenience tool than a miracle gadget. Still, for salads, light prep, or just saving a little time, it’s a neat kitchen tool and surprisingly handy.

Very effective machine with garlic, and reasonable price
I absolutely loved this Automatic Peeling Machine! The truth is, I only ordered it because I always have trouble peeling garlic. I don't really peel other fruits much, and at first, when I saw it, I wondered if it would work because the promotional pictures showed it peeling other fruits, like small tomatoes and other fruits. Yes, I saw that it also mentioned garlic, but I wasn't entirely sure if it would work or not. However, I decided to give it a try because I love eating with a lot of garlic. Besides loving to eat with a lot of garlic, I like to add plenty of it; otherwise, when I make a dish that requires a lot of garlic, sometimes I don't make it for that very reason - I dislike the task of peeling the garlic. I don't like powdered garlic or the pre-minced kind; I prefer it fresh because the flavor is so much different. So, for me, it's essential that it's fresh garlic. I absolutely loved this machine because it chopped a whole head of garlic in a very short time. At first, I put the whole head in, and yes, it did take a little longer. Since it's so easy to separate the cloves, I then put them in clove by clove, and it chopped them right away. One of the things that sometimes happens, though not often, is that a few cloves get stuck inside or, if you didn't turn it properly, sometimes one comes out with a little bit of peel still on it. However, the peel is super easy to remove once it's out; it's ready when it comes out, even if there's a little bit of peel left. For me, that was excellent because now I have a machine that peels the garlic, so I can then crush it with my other machine. I would have liked it to be smaller, but then I think that if I were preparing a very large meal, I would wish it were bigger. Therefore, I think the size isn't the most important thing. Cleaning it is very easy; since I'll only be using this machine for garlic, because I don't peel other things, I just clean it with water unless there's something stuck to it. Logically, using hot water worked perfectly. It's truly a machine that helps a lot.

Could be smaller.......
This peeling machine is actually larger than I expected. It is about 10" wide and about 9" tall. I thought this would be the size of a mini food processor.I tried this machine with some firm grapes. It took about 30 seconds to fully peel three grapes. the bowl is large, but I could forsee a problem with packing the bowl. The fruit/veg needs to bounce around to peel all sides of the fruit. If the bowl is over packed, I could see not all sides of the fruit being peeled.I peeled cherry tomatoes and it took twice as long to peel them. There are two buttons atop the machine. One is jog - which is used to peel the fruit) and "discharge" - which plops out the fruit)
