I am in love with this pan—I use it everyday and cook everything in it—frying meat, soup, stirfry. Last week I made a mushroom risotto in it. Just perfect.It heats evenly, and retains heat well; you can lower the heat on most things you cook. If you heat it up, then add oil, it is pretty much nonstick, but even if something does stick, it comes off easily.It is heavy, but that is because of the bottom, and it is well worth the weight to have the even heating. (My hands are very weak and arthritic, and I don’t have a problem with it.)The lid is well-constructed and cleans up beautifully.This is one of the best purchases I have made in years.

This is an awesome pot.
Firstly, please allow me to thank you for your professionalism and delivery of my pot on time. It arrived exactly when you said it would and came nicely packaged. On opening the box and removing the pot the first thing I noticed was that it had a nice weight to it and the sides felt sturdy. The handles are insulated so they should remain cool. I washed the pot and cover then did a little seasoning on the inside before using it for the first time. All I can say is that this pot delivered in everything, the quality of the meal was great and clean up was easy, just some warm soapy water and a regular dish sponge were all I needed. This is going to be my go to pot from now on. It is a pleasure to cook with it.
