Great everyday pan! 🍳
I’ve been using this pan almost every day for the past five months, and it has been fantastic! I mainly use it to cook three eggs every day for my three dogs, and it heats evenly every single time. The tri-ply construction really makes a difference, no hot spots, and the handle stays cool enough to grab without worry. The weight is not too heavy and the handle is comfortable in your hands.Cleanup is super easy. In five months, I’ve only had to give it a full scrub once due to butter buildup. A little water and Bar Keepers Friend had it looking brand new again. It’s also dishwasher safe, but honestly, a quick rinse and wipe is usually all it needs. One tip: to prevent food from sticking, splash a bit of water on the pan as it heats. If the water beads, it’s ready to cook, if it evaporates instantly, let it warm up a bit longer. Since figuring that out, I haven’t had issues with sticking. The lid is sturdy and fits perfectly, and I love that the pan has spouts on both sides for easy pouring. Overall, this is a high-quality, durable pan that looks as good as it cooks. Definitely worth 5 stars! Definitely worth the money.

Beautiful pan! Easy clean-up. Cooking with it is a joy!
I ordered this to use with an induction cooktop, and got the 8 inch tri-ply full body. Not only is it gorgeous, it is the most functional pan I've ever worked with. I love to make sauces, so having a pour spout on both sides is brilliant! The poor reviews some have given, seems to be because they are unaware of the proper use of stainless steel pans. Always heat to intended temp before adding food! Please, just google the use and care of stainless steel cookware! The clean up is easy, and it has a lot of versatility. The pour spout on each side, a lid, handle stays cool, oven and dishwasher safe, (not that I would put mine in a dishwasher, but you could). I love this pan so much! It's a good solid pan, distributes heat evenly, the handle stays cool to touch. And, again, it is a gorgeous pan! I intend to next purchase the 12inch pan, and a sauce pan.

The best - avoid CASCADE for etching of the glass
Best pans i have every used. Nice comfortable stainless ergonomic handle. All stainless teel, triple layer (high conductive aluminum inside). Love the clear glass covers BUT using CASCADE in the dish washer etches the glass (white fogging) because of the high alkalinity of the detergent reacting with the silica in the glass - high water temperatures and hard water can worsen the etching. SOLUTION --- I switch to FINISH brand dish (little pucks) after a little research. NO ETCHING after 6 months. of course part of the solution was buying all new pans!! Your welcome.

Avacraft Is Excellent Cookware!
This Avacraft 12 inch skillet is excellent to cook with. The quality is top notch! Love their cookware. I only rated this skillet 4 stars because for myself, two grab handles would work better than the one long handle. When lifting the skillet, two grab handles would balance the weight of the skillet better.

My cooking has leveled up. Exactly what I was looking for
Just got it and tried it out. This is my first stainless steel pan. I was searching forever for a stainless pan with a lid that would simply work as intended. Fyi I got the full-body, 12-inch; Can't comment on other models.Features i like: Wide, flat, level bottom gives the feeling of a much larger cooking surface. The high walls, lid and pour spout allow you to deglaze, drain, or cook large volumes of food without worry. The pan's handle is smooth, ergonomic and easy to use, which is crucial for draining without a grip on the other side.Features I don't like: The handle on the glass lid is a little bit small and the grip is awkwardly shaped making it hard to manipulate in my opinion, but it's not impossible to use. Pretty insignificant, no docked stars for this.I'm a novice, and the first thing I wanted to do was test both my cooking skills and the pan by cooking the hardest thing I had within reach. I thawed a thin frozen tilapia fillet to sear with just a little olive oil. First i heated the pan on low until water ball stage, then I added the olive oil, then the fish. Like I said I'm a novice, and I don't have a fish spatula either, but I managed to flip and plate it in a couple pieces. Not good presentation, but the taste reminded me why I wanted stainless steel in the first place. Can't get a genuine sear like that with nonstick. It will take me a long time to master, but I feel like I've graduated to the next level of my cooking and this pan will be with me the whole way. Will update if I run into any issues.

Made for a satisfying gift!
I first ordered this pan in June 2020 (for $50) and never used it, but it felt somewhat heavy and sturdy and like it could function as a decent self-defense weapon. I am skeptical about it being 18/10 stainless steel though simply because even my 18/10 stainless steel flatware looks like they could pierce it with a few well-placed strikes, but presumably it should be okay for light use. I eventually gave it away in November 2023 and would hesitate to buy it again at the current $75 price point, but this frying pan is likely better than nothing in a hurry. Because it never rusted, was well-packaged and the person I gave it to loved it, the “AVACRAFT 18/10 Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan with Lid, Side Spouts, Stay Cool Handle, Induction Pan, Versatile Stainless Steel Skillet, Fry Pan in our Pots and Pans (Tri-Ply Full Body, 12 Inch)” gets a serviceable 3/5 stars!
