I ordered the Avacraft ceramic non-stick frying pan with lid for everyday use. My order came promptly. Unfortunately, it arrived with a few chips in the non-stick finish despite its excellent packaging. I contacted Asha from the company letting her know about my order. She promptly responded with her apologies and that she would ship another pan. The second pan arrived promptly but it too had chips. I contacted her again and she was very concerned that this issue was repeated and was going to go to the warehouse herself and personally check on the pan that would replace my second pan. She was very apologetic and a third pan arrived shortly. It came and was perfect!! Asha's commitment and dedication to her customers and to the products her company provides was outstanding. I so appreciated how this purchase was handled. I am so happy with my fry pan. It is a breeze to clean. It makes wonderful omelets among many other items. It has even heat distribution and I love the high sides and the pour spout. The clear lid is wonderful to see how the food is cooking without removing the lid and the lid has a vent on top which helps to cook your food perfectly. I give 5 stars to the product and the customer service which is the best. I will be making other purchases in the future. Thank you!!

This thing is cool !!

I checked all over Amazon and this brand was the only one that listed in the description to list, by name, "no PTFE" as well as "no PFOA". Some will list "no PTFE" but will not list "no PFOA".I feel safe using this product and brand as a whole. The non-stick coating is amazing. As a test, I caramelized some sugar and purposely burnt some American cheese in this skillet. Anyone that cooks for any length of tome knows that these are two of the toughest substances to try to remove from cookware.In both cases, they wiped out with just a paper towel. Gets my vote.I would whole heartedly recommend this product

Great Customer Service

Overall, it's a solid pan! I did have issues with the non-stick coating wearing off after about a year. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. After some photos they said this was due to cooking in high temperatures. They recommended cooking with medium to low temperatures and avoid using metal utensils. They replaced the pan free of charge (pan was under warranty ). I have a few of their stainless pots plus a large stainless pan as well. All work great! 👍🏼

As I read a review, someone stated dont buy this (bc it sticks.) NO IT DOESNT!! First your heat is to HIGH. It isn’t meant for that let’s say for eggs. Do you want to eat leather? Eggs should be cooked at a low to moderate heat! NOTHING ABOVE 6! AVACRAFT DOES EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP! I have their whole set of kettles/sauce pans etc and I LOVE EM’… don’t bash the company when you don’t know how to cook! Dont be afraid of buying these dishes! They are absolutely 100% awesome. I’ve had mine for over 2 yrs. NEVER had a problem with them! They look as good as they still do when I took them out of the box. I take very good care of my stuff! Don’t EVER cook proteins on high heat! You ruin the protein that’s in the food…duh!

Starts out as quality at an affordable price, but doesn't last

I wanted a non-stick pan to cook Alton Brown's "man eggs" at low heat without butter or oil. This pan seemed to be at least as nice as my good old All-Clads for less than half the cost. However, after less than three years of occasional use, eggs now stick very badly, even with butter or olive oil. I've never used metal utensils. The photos show what a waste of time a recommended thorough cleansing with boiling water, baking soda and vinegar was. There was minimal improvement and I still had to scrape the eggs out. All-Clad replacement arrives today.
