After experiencing frequent difficulties with the Anova Chamber Sealer, well within warranty, it was returned. No looking back because Anova has lost their way in both customer service and sturdy/ long lasting quality.There are several options in chamber style and some are upwards of 700 bucks, so had to find one that had some value while retaining quality. Between Reddit talk and ratings online, rhis seemed like the no brainer replacement. 3 to 4 months out and Im already ahead of the game as far quality and value.A little less intuitive than some others but besides the "quick set up" card they do have enough on YouTube to replace most user manuals.So far so good, works great.
