I needed a small strainer for coffee grounds when emptying my French press. Thus is a great find because it also has a bowl to catch the grounds that fall through the strainer. Excellent design. It would be nicer if it was a higher quality stainless steel but it does the job.
I bought one of each size but actually prefer the smaller one for a lot of tasks like rinsing berries or grapes. The steel bowl makes it easy to take the fruit from the sink to the counter and set it on the counter without dripping or a puddle of water. Nice quality, too - exceeded my expectations.
Gold is so chic. Great item for washing and serving without needing another bowl. Seems like great value.
These strainers are perfect for small jobs and they haven’t rusted.

Exactly what I was looking for! Primarily I was looking for a small drainer that I can clean my French press coffeemaker without flushing the coffee grind into the sink. On top of that I have been using it to wash berries etc. Comes so handy. Using daily.
