5 out of 5 stars. Made of glass, much more durable than our old plastic one. It a has removeable rubber base, strainer attachment to remover unwanted particles when filling, a glass lid, a rubber cap for the pour spout, and a pipe cleaner for the pour spout. The tip of the pour spout has slight flange which helps keep liquid from running down the outside of the spout after pouring. A value for the money.

I love this fat separator. The glass lid and strainer really add to the style impact. It’s the kind of piece that you could use for preparing and serving.I highly recommend this!
Good separator but one thing that I wish they added was a connecting band to keep the small stopper cap from getting lost. It’s such a small silicone piece and the fat separator doesn’t work without it and you can’t find replacements online.
The glass is very thin and feels like it will break easy especially with hot oil. The cap for the end of the spout does not seal properly which defeats the purpose of having a cap for the spout. It is glass and metal in the areas that will come into contact with food which is a nice. But the fragility and lack of proper seal makes this not great.
I don’t use it a lot but when I do it works fine
