This pan is for crispy crust french bread out of the oven! I thought I was getting 1 form for 2 loaves. It is 4 loaves, I need to learn how to shape my loaves better. Prep your oven in traditional style, makes a great loaf.

Great product. The non-stick surface makes it easy to allow the dough to rise, and go straight to oven, giving the bread a nice crunchy crust all around.
After a few uses, it started losing the paint. The nonstick characteristics were gone after first use, and I followed the instructions to hand-wash only. I now apply a light coat of olive oil (spray bottle) and works fine. I guess the cost/benefit has some room for the flaws. Not perfect, but good enough.
They are not exspensive, and work very well. You can also use them to make sub rolls as well.
These baguettes worked great. No sticking, good quality and the proofing cloth is a plus.
Just starting out making French baguettes. Perfect tool for baking.
