This is a nice set of sheet pans - I like the variety of sizes, so they are very versatile. They are easy to use and clean up nicely when using parchment or silicone mats. They seem to be made well and bake evenly. I haven't noticed any warping. This is a good value for the set.
I personally do not like baking/cooking with aluminum so these aluminum pans are not used in the traditional sense. Once I decided they weren't going to be used to cook with I quickly realized the endless ways I could use them! I use them for miscellaneous art projects, as a painting pallet, and so much more! They are easy to clean and store.
There’s a lot of controversy about aluminum cookware. I’ve had friends tell me that I shouldn’t use this at all, but others tell me it’s safe. After doing some reading on the question, my feeling is that while the danger hasn’t been definitely established, it’s worth keeping in mind and taking precautions. That said, I am using these pans and I like them.The general advice on aluminum pans is to use anodized aluminum and to avoid cooking acidic foods in them. These pans are not anodized. This is not mentioned on the website or product page, but it is on the box, which states that they are uncoated. I’ve uploaded a photo. However that doesn’t mean not to use them. I’m lining the pan with parchment paper, which is easily available at grocery stores. I bought mine at Safeway.I tested the pans by cooking chocolate chip cookies in two pans, one with parchment paper and one without. The cookies came out perfect in both pans, without any metallic taste. The pans cleaned easily. I was somewhat surprised at getting scratches in the non-parchment paper pan. I only had three cookies in it, but it got several scratches. However they are not deep. These are my first new pans, so don’t know how normal this is. But since I’ll be using parchment paper in all my future baking in these pans, it’s not going to be a factor.The three pans all arrived safely packed and with no damage. They are thick and surprisingly heavy for aluminum. They definitely feel solid. I can definitely recommend them, but if you’re concerned about aluminum, be sure to use parchment paper.
These pens are so lightweight it’s unreal. I actually can’t believe how thin they are. They’ve done amazing so far I use them in my small bakery and they are phenyl.

These are replacing my old cruddy cookie sheets. I think for $25. for the 3 of them is a darn good price.I didn't realize just how bad the old ones needed replaced until using these for cookies and baking pork chops and a cheese danish. Everything just slides off like silk. I forgot how easy it is to use something that is so simple.Each order comes with 3 pans for different uses. I find that I keep reaching for the smaller pan that fits in my toaster oven for little jobs where before I would use a medium sized one before these came into my life.Clean up is as easy as wiping them with a soapy dish cloth or throwing them in the dishwasher. Life is so much easier. I don't have to worry about them warping in the oven or the dishwasher. These are high quality pieces. I don't worry about loosing functionality .
These are nice and sturdy! Which is great in a house with 3 boys learning to cook and clean. I alway make them use foil or parchment paper so I can't attest to their stickiness or non-slip. I'm super happy though that we're using nice sturdy products that won't warp!
