Easy Baking Sheets
There are some good things and some issues with these three baking pans.The good things are the three different sizes that comes in one package (small, medium and large) for various baking needs, and for the price, it’s a great bargain. All three pans are heavy and solidly constructed.They also heat very evenly and quicker than my regular aluminum ones, so it’s necessary to closely watch whatever goodies you’re baking in the oven.The big issue I find is that the instructions for its care and use is on the box which isn’t the best place for product information because it can be damaged in shipping. Why not include a brochure inside with more information about what exactly these baking sheets are made of, and how to properly care for them.Apparently, they are made of a non-stick coating that is chemical free, and require little scrubbing, but still, I wish the company provided more details about it and how to take care of them with ways to contact them.Currently, there is a trend on baking sheets, pots, and pans sporting a hexameter style pattern on them. That’s fine for food like steaks that take on a crisscrossed pattern when placed on those items. But for cookies and other baking goods, you may not want those designs imprinted on those goodies, so I would recommend parchment paper.Overall, this is a very good price for three baking sheets, but again, I wish the company would include a proper instruction brochure with more consumer information.

Great Set of Baking Pans, sturdy, no bending, non-stick works
High quality set of baking sheet pans. The metal quality matches my aluminum Chicago Metallic commercial brand baking sheets. They are very sturdy and durable with reinforced edges. They do not bend or warp and stay perfectly flat. The raised edge works great for making sheet cakes.I was curious about the non-stick qualities so I baked some cookies on the small sheet. I placed 2 on parchment and 2 directly on the baking pan. As advertised, my white chocolate chip cookies didn't stick at all. One thing to note is: the cookies that were baked directly on the pan browned on the bottom a little more (faster) than when placed on parchment (see photo). They were not burned, but were browner and crispier than the cookies baked along side them but on parchment paper. I have never baked directly on my pans so I don't know if my own pans would do the same thing. Having this non-stick feature is a nice option for when you run out of parchment and don't want to run to the store for more. The non-stick quality makes clean up a breeze. Although these can be machine washed, I washed my sheets by hand and they looked good as new.The non-stick qualities work great on these sheets and the honeycomb texture on the bottom of the pan didn't affect the bottom of the baked goods (see photo). Baked on food wipes right off, leaving a clean smooth surface.I like the sizing of these sheets. Having a smaller sized baking sheet is nice when you are baking smaller batches of items. Lighter weight and easier to wash. The smallest sheet is about 3/4" larger than my quarter sheet pan from Chicago Metallic, but it's still a great size. I use this size a lot for seasoning meats for the grill. The medium sized sheet is perfect for roasting veggies, baking chicken breast and so much more.For the price ($24.99), getting 3 pans of this quality is an excellent value. They stack inside each other (and my smaller Chicago Metallic sheets stack inside them as well) taking up less room for storage. Great gift to give an avid baker as well as a young adult just starting out on their own, in their first apartment. Solid flat baking sheets that are easy to clean and retain a new look longer. I highly recommend these.

Solid, heavy-duty sheet pans with great nonstick surface - versatile sizes for everyday cooking
I’ve been using this 3-piece baking sheet set for a variety of cooking, and it’s been a nice upgrade from my old thin aluminum trays. As shown on the product page, you get three useful sizes (about 13.6", 15.5", and 17.5"), which covers everything from small batches to full meals. I especially like having the smaller pan for quick snacks and the larger one for roasting.The first thing I noticed is the weight. These are noticeably thicker and sturdier than basic pans, and they don’t flex or warp when heating up. I never used the textured, honeycomb-style surface before and was a bit wary, but it actually works really well and seems to help with even cooking, and the nonstick coating actually works - cookies and roasted veggies slide off easily, and cleanup is mostly just a quick rinse or wipe.They also stack neatly inside each other, which saves cabinet space. So far, no staining or stubborn baked-on messes.If I had to nitpick, the textured surface might make deep scrubbing a little harder if something really burns on, so I usually line them with parchment for messy foods. But for normal use, cleaning has been easy.Overall, these feel durable, cook evenly, and come in practical sizes. For the price, it’s a very solid everyday baking set.
