Fits perfectly in my Emeril Lagasse air fryer convection counter top oven. I do not use my oven range; just the induction surface. I am so happy with this muffin pan. Works great, easy to clean and is well made

I'm in the process of replacing all my old Teflon ware, which is in varying stages of flaking, scratching, and wearing off into our food. This little muffin pan is very sturdy, well made, and heavier than I thought it would be. It's also very pretty, and sooo easy to keep clean! The cups are not super deep, but I found that I could put paper muffin cups that exceeded the height of the pan's holes, and bake taller things. With just my husband and daughter at home now, this muffin pan is all I need.
I decided to make a blueberry muffin mix over the weekend and then realized that it makes between 10-12 muffins, where this only holds 6. So, in my head I figured I would get the mix ready make 6 muffins and once they were done, make the other 4-6, except for round two I would use silicone cupcake liners. Well it was early and getting the kids breakfast threw me off, or at least that's my excuse, and I realized that I shouldve made the first batch with the silicone liners and the second batch without. Well, I ended up making both batches without liners. I didnt even clean the muffin bits out of the pan before I filled round two and you know what? They both came out pretty clean. I literally tapped the muffin pan on the counter each time and the muffins fell right out. They were cooked perfectly and cleanup was super easy. So, it seems like my only problem with this is I only have one of them. 5 stars!
