Sturdy design that is easy to assemble. the door slides open and closed easily. This purchase did not disappoint with its solid construction and materials. Affordable option with the ability to store multiple loaves of bread or different types of treats.
It was packaged well, shipped and received as said It was easy to put together. It is very attractive on our counter. It is just as the picture shows and the description tells you. Holds plenty of bread, door rolls with ease. We are very happy with it.
Although it was not easy to assemble even with a friend's help, it was worth the effort. I have iit in my yacht's gallery and love it. It really is best to have two people to assemble it and be sure to follow the exact instructions. Too bad they don't offer one already assembled at a higher price!
It was fairly easy to put together; however, when installing the slat door, I could not get it to fit in snuggly because the slats were too short, and thus, it goes off track when opening and closing. I would return it, but after all that work of putting it together, I do not want to deconstruct it and try to put it back in the box it came in. It appears to work better if I hold one side to open. It may crap out on me one day, and by then I may find something made much better.It appears that not everyone has this problem with the slats. I do want to write a review so that you are made aware that it COULD happen to you.. I wish I had known or thought of the potential possibility.
Keeps bread 🍞 fresh
Box arrived damaged but product was still ok. Assembly was easy and works well. However, after a month of use, door doesn't slide smoothly. Some of the finish is coming off because of the additional abrasiveness of it catching during opening and closing.
Came slightly damaged which makes me worried about the durability since shipping was enough to chip and scrape it up, and it is not the easiest to assemble with that rolling door, but it works well for my needs and fits under my counters perfectly. My mom makes large sourdough loaves that fit inside well when the shelf is set at the highest height, but it can only fit one loaf at a time. We can add a few small things on top but I'd like to put two loaves in, there isn't enough room for both though. The design is pretty though.
