excellent quality and sustainable bamboo product

Love the sustainability of bamboo. Works great and the little gutter around the edge catches the fruit and veggie juices so that my countertops stay clean. I have had no issues with them holding onto odors from strong foods (onions, garlic, ginger, etc).Easy clean up with a rinse and dry. I assume that I will need to oil them occasionally to prevent drying out, but I haven't done so yet.I love that they include the stainless steel board for cutting meats. I gave that away bc I am vegetarian and had not need for it. My friend loves it! She is careful with her knives, but occasional and careful use hasn't caused any issues for her.

Great choice for smaller kitchens

I inherited several large, hardwood cutting boards, and they've always been a challenge to use and store in a smallish galley kitchen. This set of bamboo cutting boards addresses the issues--light, reasonable footprint, and packaged with their own stand that can work on a countertop, in a pantry, and in some cupboards too. They also fit easily in my dish drainer. The oversized heirlooms still have their place, but these bamboo boards are my go-to for everyday cooking.

Bamboo for the win!

Great set. I don't know how much I'd use the metal board since I'm afraid the metal on metal might ruin my knives. But the bamboo ones are great. They feel solid but is still light. They look great with the grain lines and are really easy to clean. I think bamboo cutting boards are my favorite out of all the other materials available. Great product.

Nice set and very sturdy

This bamboo cutting board set comes with two bamboo boards and a stainless steel board. Also included is a stand that minimizes the space that they take up on the counter. These boards are just the perfect size. The largest board measures 15’ x 8’ and the stainless steel and smaller bamboo board measure 12”x 8”. I love that there is a metal board for raw meats. The bamboo boards come with a handle and a juice groove to keep the juices from fruits and vegetables from dripping onto other surfaces. These boards are very well made and sturdy.
