Terrific complete wok kit with great seasoning instructions

Trays fit snugly together and lid also, so steam is held in. Silicone handles on trays is a nice touch for comfortable handling. Metal base ring allows usage on various size water pans - very good thing. Silicone tray liners is another terrific touch - so using cabbage or lettuce leaves not necessary. The lid and the bamboo brush cleaner are nice benefits. I am completely happy with this. Oh, and the detailed instructions about seasoning the wok - excellent.

Great steamer for many purposes!

We bought this bamboo steamer set after returning from a visit to Hawaii. While there we had bao buns and decided we had to learn to make them. This steamer is absolutely prefect for that and so much more! You can use it to steam veggies, fish, meat, or any number of concoctions! It is easy to use and clean up. The taste of the food is not affected by the bamboo. The 10 inch size is easy to store in my pot cabinet! I love this set! p.s. I use the paper inserts for even easier clean-up!
