This is a great set for anyone serious about healthy cooking and steaming! The 2-tier bamboo design is ultra-durable and clearly crafted by artisans, delivering consistently delicious results by preserving nutrients and flavor, whether I’m cooking dim sum or vegetables. I especially appreciate that the set comes with those convenient, reusable silicone liners, which make cleanup stress-free!My only real caveat is that the 10-inch steamer takes up a lot of space, both in the pot when cooking and in the cabinet when storing it. It would be fantastic if a more compact version existed for smaller kitchens. Overall, if you have the storage space, this is a beautiful and effective tool for elevating your cooking experience.

Great steamer for the price. Needs attention before first use

Love the size. I've paid more for smaller steamers. The pot adapter ring is nice and make this so much more versatile. it also allows me stack my 8 inch bamboo steamer on top. the silicone mats are a nice addition too. better for some types of dim sum over others.Someone else complained about the lack of edge finishing and the resulting splinters. I took a some sanding cloth and hit spots with slivers and then followed the instructions for Bamboo Steamer prepping for first use and care from Eddy's Kitchen on YouTube.
