Finish is smooth, dividers are clear with no flaws.Assembly:Easy enough. The holes aren't perfectly aligned but close enough that it's workable. Levels don't attach but there is a stop at the back.Impressions:This is quite nice. The color is neutral and the profile is low-key. Very functional if you have a large quantity of individually wrapped tea bags. This will accommodate the large sachets that are sealed completely and are larger than the fold-over style.The dividers slide in easily and hold the tea bags securely and the three layers conserves space.This would be excellent for a coffee/tea station in a home, office, or home office. There's no spring action so the lower levels may need a bit of reaching if the tea bags are towards the back of the slot but that's very minor.We do drink a lot of different types of tea but we already have two tea chests plus multiple canisters. Our collection takes up more than a shelf of our hutch. Since we have so much, the tea bags can hang around for some time before they get used. As a result, I like to keep them stored as air-tight as possible. While this would be ideal in a high turn-over setting it doesn't suit us so I requested this with another purpose in mind.I will be using this organizer for other items in the kitchen. The fact that the layers aren't attached and function independently allows me to separate them for use on different shelves and cabinets. I have a lot of small accessories for cooking and appliances that I like to keep corralled but close at hand and these will be ideal for that purpose. I can also see this being useful in other settings such as a craft room or home office. Possibly even a kid's room for art or school supplies or a makeup/nail polish organizer. Really, it's so functional it would do well in many applications.Given the number of sections and the fact that the dividers can be placed as one chooses makes it very functional and well worth the price.

Not all parts were correct in shipment, therefore could NOT assemble as shown. Some items were missing while others were duplicate. Dividers are not clear, Do not waste your money on this. Production company and their Quality team really needs to review what they package before sending out.

Amazing! Holds so much tea
Amazing for a tea lover.My tea cabinet got out of hand and I used this to reclaim my cabinet.I was amazed at just how much this tea this rack can hold.I consolidated so many boxes into this rack- granted it is only designed for the individually packaged tea bags, but the bottom level holds about two whole boxes into each section!It is so much easier for us to find the tea we seek now! And my cupboard is once again functional!It was pretty easy to assemble, took about 10-15 minutes, loading it took far more time than assembling it.I can see this also working well for a business that offers tea.The price is fantastic for its capacity and ease of use.
