These proofing baskets are great. I think there are probably others that are similar if not exactly the same. But, the price was right. They came in one day. They have the linen liners. Not a large as expected.

The banneton isn't as large as expected. One of the photos of the item shows a banneton with the dimensions overlaid on it. From this you would assume that the length of 10 inches in measured on the inside of the banneton. it is not! There is debate over which is correct when measuring bannetons, whether inside or outside dimensions should be used. A more useful way of describing how big a banneton is would be to give the minimum and maximum dough weights they can hold. As far as the quality goes, I am pleased with how they are made.

Makes sourdough light and airy!

These are great! My son said it took my sourdough to another level. The baskets help the oxygen to go through underneath while it’s proofing in the fridge. The liners wash well in cold in your washing machine. Remember to not wash with detergent ONLY water.
