Excellent Banneton For Pullman Loaves
Beautifully made basket, true to stated size. Tried purchasing others before finding this banneton and they were all smaller in length than stated, and either narrow in width at the bottom, or narrow from top to bottom. This is the only true rectangular shape I could find - in my price point. Perfect for pullman loaves. Nice included liner, too.

Very nice and very big banneton
I like to make sourdough loaves and recently purchased an extra long loaf dutch oven. Needed a banneton to cold proof a long loaf. This is great, but it is huge! I actually use a ball of parchment to restrict the size of the loaf from the last 2 inches or so of this banneton so my dough fits better into my extra long dutch oven. If you want a banneton that can accommodate a big loaf this is it! Very sturdy for holding a big dough. Nice quality.
