These are great. They come with two liners for each basket as well as cloth covers for both when cold proofing. They clean up easily. These baskets are flexible, unlike some of the other bannetons I use. Both types work great. These can make storing a bit more flexible considering how they are woven. I was able to pull them right out of the box and use them. They work great for baking!
Love that they are collapsible for easy storage. They do exactly what they're supposed to and seem very sturdy so far, with the material being a good texture. Been using them a ton and its easy to just toss the covers in the washer. Even the stickiest dough has no problem and my bread had turned out great.
Looks great but they don’t stay shaped when you try to even out the sides and bottom. I just bought a wood pulp banneton basket, one that won’t lose its shape!
These baskets are perfect for my sourdough baking! They are well made and just the right size for my loaves.
I recently started baking sourdough bread and what a learning experience this has been. After baking about 5 very shallow loaves, I researched bannetons and found this one. The price was reasonable and that it is made of cloth cords was intriguing. I ordered the 10' round and 9" oblong units. They arrived nicely packed the next day.All other reviews talk about the liners and covers, so I won't. Rather, let me comment on what the banneton did for my bread. I use a 75% hydration level and apparently the banneton tends to wick some of the moisture out of the dough. My first batch was twice as tall as the largest batch I made without a banneton. The flexible nature of the cloth cords means that you can tweak the shape and esily remove the bread.Great product, great price and stores in a small space.Great buy. You can't go wrong for this quality and price.
I love these bread baskets!! These came with two cloths for each set. One for the bottom of the basket and one for the top basket 🧺 they proof well and are easy to store. There was no smell from it being new and cleaning is a breeze! These make my sourdough bread making easy to shape and not stick. Great product !
