Love this set! This set has everything you need for making the perfect loaf of sourdough. Love the silicone mats for easy prep and getting the bread out of the Dutch oven. Very sharp blades for scoring the dough and that mixer!!! Wow! Blends dough together perfectly! Perfect size for proofing!
These items arrived quickly, and were exactly as described. I had to do a little research online to get tips on the use of the various parts (there were no instructions or recipes, but it is a fair assumption that someone buying these would have some idea on their use).The baskets seem well made of very uniform and smooth wicker. The cloth liners fit perfectly. The smaller tools functioned as expected. I used this set to make my first ever sourdough boules, using my first ever homemade starter and a recipe I found ( one among many) online.The results were delicious and exactly as desired.You must understand that the banneton set is only one part of the sourdough process, but an important part. This one part working well eliminated at least one variable from the equation.

I was hesitant after reading the reviews about missing pieces and staples but what I received is a very nice set. All of the pieces pictured in the product description were included - see my picture after unboxing. Yes, there are staples holding the binding in place but they are very, very small and are seated below the edge of the bindings. The tools feel very sturdy, not flimsy at all. I will make some bread in these in the next few days and see how they work, I am anxious to see if they work better than a glass bowl with a floured tea towel.
