Great little kit!

I am new on sourdough and needed all the supplies to get started. These fit the bill. I really like that the baskets are made of organic material so my bread will be on a surface that aligns with the kind of bread I plan to bake. While I believe they are well made some of the bamboo is stripping away in places and you can see some of the metal on the inside of the basket (not a fan of that) but as long as my bread doesn’t get into contact with the metal holding it together I think it will be all right and will come back to update once I start baking if any problems arise. Overall they seem sturdy and should help the proofing process along.The basket liners and baker’s couches reek of something used to treat the fibers so I would highly recommend a wash, rinse, and hang dry before first use.The tools are truly wonderful and very well made. No concerns about how they will hold up or perform at all. For the money this kit is a true value. I recommend it!
