Great bar spoon. Been looking for these, but most are a cheap open-ended tube with a spoon of sorts welded to one end. This one's so much nicer! And it has some weight and balance. I prefer the straight shaft, but it's also available in a twisted shaft.
I make a lot of cocktails at home and this spoon is great not only for stirring cocktails in a mixing glass, but also sturdy enough to crack blocks of ice.
Barfly produces high-quality bar tools and these bar spoons are no exception.These professional quality spoons are constructed from 18/8 stainless steel and have very good weight to them. The head is flat enough to swirl ice inside a tight glass. The twisted stemmed spoon is much easier to swirl than the smooth stemmed especially when you are working with wet hands. Though the ends are slightly rounded and not the flat ends you see in the pictures, you can still use it for light muddling of herbs and fruit.The head is large – size of a tablespoon, and the spoon is very long – nearly 12” long. I love these spoons but I think they are slightly exaggerated in size. I have the widest lowball glasses and it is tedious to swirl a 2” cube in there. If the spoons were slightly scaled down they’d be perfect.Recommended.
Nice clean design and well made. It is longer than anticipated but works good in pint glasses and would work very well in taller cocktail glasses.

This is a good quality set of bar spoons. Some are very short and they don't feel smooth or good quality but these are very good stainless steel. You get a straight stem and a twisted stem spoon for mixing. They are long enough to mix a tall glass or deep cocktail mixer. This would be a good addition to anyone's mixing set.
These Barfly spoons have a nice heavy feel to them and they glide through your glass of ice cubes and drink to really get a stir on. Beautifully made and attractive, just something really different and professional looking for your friends to notice. Jut the nature of our household these have ended up in the dishwasher many times and still look great.
