This is really nice.
I love this mixing tin!. I hate to admit it but I'm a clumsy bartender. I have broken 2 crystal mixing glasses which made me switch to the Barfly. I have had this tin now for 2.5 years? I plan on buying more!
I really like this mixing tin for a variety of cocktail recipes. I was looking for a mixing vessel that isn’t glass and wouldn’t break. This is fairly heavy so it doesn’t wobble when mixing and has fun etched images on the tin. I found this to be a great addition to our home bar.
good quality item, keeps ice and mixture good & cold when mixing drinks, better than glass versions, IMHO.
After breaking or chipping several inexpensive glass mixing jars I found this one, and it's a keeper. It's good to look at, it won't break on me, and it's large enough for several drinks with ice.
I also have the glass edition from BarFly, and I've got to say I favor the tin edition more then the glass. It's easier to read when you have stirred long enough on your cocktail because the condensation is easier to see. Don't get me wrong it's easier to eyeball your pour in a glass but I think i work faster with the tin.
