My son- in-law purchased this for me to replace the one he accidentally shattered. He did so in a heartbeat because he’s French. I mean, FRENCH as in, ‘born in France.’ He has impeccable taste, and this lid is a perfect finish to any platter. He told me so, and I believe him. Why? Didn’t I mention? The man is French. Ten stars.

Now let me tell you .. this was the best package of any glass item I have ever seen.It is as described. Clearly whoever packed it wanted you to enjoy it.Made for purpose.
Beautiful shape and fit perfectly on my 11” cake stand. Took off 1 star bc it is on the thinner side so I feel like I have to be careful when lifting and replacing it. Other than that it is beautiful.
It is heavy enough not to worry about breaking easily and is simple and lovely.
Replacement for one I broke. Wasn't expecting too much cause you know, replacement. Exceeded expectation. Solid piece with solid glass knob, which I specifically was looking for. Slightly larger than my broken one but am happy about that. Doesn't sit on glass platter like the old one but covers the platter. Didn't know I wanted that till I got it! Very happy with purchase and vendor.
