Very well made, tough and sharp edges
These "Beijiyi Small Stainless Steel Spatula Set, 2 Pieces Metal Spatulas for Kitchen Use, Solid and Slotted Turner with Silicone Handle, Cooking Utensils for Flipping and Serving Egg, Brownie, Cookie" cake turners are made very well. The stainless steel of the turners are very thick, and sloped at the flipping edges to get under food really well. I had the pleasure of using these for frying potatoes in a skillet and they not only flipped the potatoes well, but also scraped the bottom of the skillet like it was nothing, keeping my cooking surface clear from burning potato pieces.I used them again for pancakes and again they worked very well. I have only washed these (carefully) by hand and dried them right away.My only concern is the connection of the steel to the silicone handle, which I hope will last, because I like these turners. They are not too big or small and are a great size for the kitchen. As long as they continue to perform well, they are a definite recommended product, as they can be helpful in many tasks while cooking.

Lots of good features, but one not-so-good
These are sturdy, which is what you want in a good spatula. The gripping surface of the spatula is comfy and solid. And since it's insulated, the handle doesn't get hot. The only downside is that I wish the handle, itself, were longer. In a larger frying pan, if you want to reach something on the other side of the pan, it's easier to get a grease spatter on your hand because the handle is a bit short.

Cute, sturdy and functional - love them!
Judith Here: Grabbed these when my Pampered Chef spatula broke and was waiting for a new one to arrive. These came in and went right to work in the kitchen after being washed. They are great - love how easily they wash up, fit neatly in a drawer, and even fit together in the drawer stacked upside down with that new Pampered Chef spatula - These have shorter handles, but that makes them very easily maneuvered to do what we need them to do. And each stainless steel part is large enough to grab the perfect single serving of a casserole or even a nice sized bar cookie. OH! Can't forget the cutting edge, too! NICE sharp cutting edge to slice through the cheese on top of eggplant Parmesan. The edge, though, is not so sharp that it cuts thorugh your hands or anything. So can easily be used by younger, supervised kitchen helpers.

I can say I was surprised that I actually liked these.I do a lot of cooking and enjoy good quality kitchen tools.I have an extensive collection of Made In pots and pans, just about everything you can imagine.My knives, utensils and silverware are Cutco. I just bought a replacement spatula, Cutco brand for close to 70$ because I love it.I needed a spatula for my griddle and did not want to use my Cutco for that.When I was given an opportunity to try these I figured Id try them out.These spatulas have a good weight to them and feel good in the hand.The handels are a soft type of material which has a good feel.The metal is thick and sturdy and does not deflect at all.The only thing to mention is after several washings the screen printed branding has started to wear off, this is no big deal and just fine with me but I wanted to mention it.I am pleased with these even though I was not expecting to be.5 STARS

These guys are great for burgers and just general flipping while cooking too. They are perfectly sized, not too small but not large enough to be a pain to store. They are small
I definitely wasn’t expecting the spatulas to be so small. I never read the description but overall it’s what I was looking for just smaller. The handles are made of heat resistant silicone so when I go to set the hand down on the pan they don’t melt and the metal is a nice quality stainless steal. My daughter likes them because they are her size. I use these a lot for my egg sandwiches cause they are the perfect size for my small pan and eggs I use.
