Fantastic jigger
Really great jigger, so nice I'd be happy to give it as a gift to anyone who has a bar at home, or even who serves drinks. With a standard 1-1/2 oz. jigger, you're supposed to hit what's called "the meniscus," which means you fill it all the way up so that the top bubble of the liquor is above the rim of the jigger to get the full measure, meaning it's easy to spill on the way to the glass. This avoids that for typical 1-1/2 oz. pours, because the larger end of this is 2 oz., with a 1-1/2 oz. marking on the inside of the jigger. It's fantastically well-made stainless steel that's highly-polished to a mirror finish. It even "rings" if you strike it with a finger or knife. Great item, and well worth the money.

It took me longer than I care to admit to pick out a jigger. I thought to myself, "oh, I could use one of those, let me go throw it in my amazon basket" and [a very long time later] then I had dozens of tabs open with far too many options and far too many people extolling the virtues or decrying the failures of various tiny metal measuring cups. It was becoming stressful enough to need a drink just trying to decide which product was best for measuring a drink. When I finally got to this one, there were several bar tenders who said it worked great, was sturdy, easy to read, and didn't spill or topple over like the Japanese style jiggers, and I decided if it was good enough for bar tenders it would be good enough for me. It is perfect. It doesn't spill. It doesn't rust or flake. It is easy to read. It is sturdy. I am glad that out of all the options, this is the one I chose.

hefty, well marked, attractive
We always used the inverted pyramidal shaped jiggers and were introduced to this bell-shape for measuring cocktails.This bell jigger is the bomb. It is well marked, has a comfortable shape to hold onto confidently and it has a little weight to it which I think makes for a steadier "hold" in the hand. It is also good looking on the bar and receives positive comments.

These are so beautiful.
