Exactly what I wanted. The dough cutter is nice and sharp, the scrappers do their job well, and the mat is a nice, large size for rolling pie shells or kneading dough and keeping my table clean. There is a good, solid "overhang" on the cutter for my fingers to hold onto when using it. It is an all-around good set.
I received these as a gift and I love them! The metal bench scraper is firm and doesn't buckle or bend. It is easy to grasp and I also appreciate the measurement markings. It glides along the counter without catching or scratching. The flexible ones are BRILLIANT for cleaning out bowls. They easily conform to the shape of the bowls and leave them clean, without leaving any batter or dough behind. I use these when I am baking and want to get all the batter into a tin. I also bake sourdough and it is so important to get all the remnants out of the bowl to prevent it from going down the sink drain. This does the job with ease!Love them! Great buy for bakers and sourdough artisans alike!
These things are a game changer for the baker. Nice quality, sharp and make clean up easier as well. The size is great for use and storage.
I bought this set mainly for baking bread and pastries at home, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The stainless steel scraper is sturdy and does a good job dividing dough and scraping the counter clean. I like that it has measurement markings, even though they’re a little hard to read depending on the light.The two plastic scrapers are a nice bonus. They’re flexible enough to get around the edges of mixing bowls and help scrape out batter or dough easily. Not super heavy-duty, but perfect for basic kitchen tasks.For the price, it’s a really useful set to have around. It’s not the most premium build, but it does the job well and I use it often. Just knocked off one star because the grip could be more comfortable and the plastic scrapers may not last forever.

Works just as it should. It is sturdy and durable have had no problems with it. Wash after wash. We have used it to make biscuits and pasta so far. Five stars.
These are great scrapers. The metal one has a fine edge to really scrape anything off a counter. It also has a ruler on it if needed. It works great for cutting dough in half.The plastic ones are flexible and also work great. I only show one in the picture, but there is a white one that also comes in the package. I just have no idea where my husband put it!Super easy to use and to clean.
