Solid Quality Construction
I have been very satisfied with the quality and construction. No issues or discrepancies encountered. Although it was priced a few dollars more than the other ones listed for sale, the additional nominal cost was well worth the assurance of its apparent durability and thus more possibility of holding up well and being trouble free. Recommend this item without hesitation! The dimensions are: From top of handle to bottom of tongs is 7 & 1/2 inches. The width of the tongs is 3 & 1/2 inches wide. The tongs will swing out in an arch of greater 180 degrees, which at this position amounts to a linear distance from one tong to the other of 13 & 1/2 inches.

Good material and build quality, however, not the easiest to use
The clip is a bit slippery and it is not very easy to apply pressure with the way the grip is designed. The product looks nice and feels well built, but could use some improvement in the design department. would have been better if the clip was applied with some sort of grippy material to help hold the bowl/dish in place.

It does its job!
It's really straightforward. I like that it doesn't have too much extraneous "ergonomic" plastic pieces - the simple curve of the metal is actually pretty comfortable. If you have small hands it might be a bit harder to use, but that's true for all plate/bowl tongs of this style.
